All leather items will gain a patina with exposure and use over time

Prickly Pear Handmade is operated by one person. I make everything by hand in my home workshop in Brevard, NC.

I source most materials from distributors based in the US and occasionally, Italy.

Rest easy knowing that your Prickly Pear Handmade product is covered against manufacturing defects for ever and ever.

This policy does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse of your item.

Your item may be subject to repair or complete replacement after inspection.

All warranty items are to be returned at customer's expense.

Ready to ship items will be sent out within 1-3 business days of purchase.

Made to order items can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to be completed and shipped.

Either way, I will update you with tracking information as soon as your item has shipped!

I do not sell items to any store within a 25mile radius of another shop carrying Prickly Pear Handmade items.

Ready to ship items can be returned at the customers expense within 15 days of purchase. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All returned items and packaging must be in new condition and are subject to inspection prior to a refund/exchange being issued.
